1. Repairable round cylinders

Expertly engineered, these cylinders have a robust design, that is more reliable than most non-repairable cylinders.

This design makes them ideal for the high cycle rates found in numerous automation applications.

The repairable round line air cylinder are cylinders with more mounting and thread type options than most competitive drop-in replacements, including standard magnets and bumpers as well as optional adjustable cushions.
1.1. Series 488 cylinders

5.1. ISO/VDMA Series - tie-rod cylinders
The ISO/VDMA Series is an aluminum body air cylinder line that is designed to meet all your international cylinder requirements.
5.2. ISO 6432 Series - round line cylinders
The ISO 6432 Series is a metric, ISO standard, mini cylinder line. The ISO 6432 Series includes a multitude of standard features and benefits.
5.3. ISO 21287 / 449 Series compact cylinders
Compact ISO 21287 range, specially designed to fit in a reduced space. Long lasting and reliability guaranteed by using the proven technology already equipped in Numatics cylinders.
5.4. ISO 15552 / 450 Series tie-rod cylinders
"Tie-rod" ISO 15552 cylinder from bore size 32 to 100 mm, offers an extensive range of accessories, allowing easy installation for virtually every application.
5.5. ISO 15552 / 453 Series cylinders
The modern-looking ISO 15552 Cylinder has one clean side with no retention areas. This new and improved profile tube design has no tie rods, resulting in a lighter, more esthetic solution to fit in the most demanding applications.

6. Rodless cylinders

6.1. NR Series rodless cylinders
The NR Series rodless offers an alternative solution to conventional cylinder applications. It's compact design cuts space requirement by 50% compared to rodded cylinders.
6.2. G Series rodless cylinders
Numatics' Heavy Duty G Series rodless cylinder incorporates a bearing rail and bearing sliders for incredible load carrying capabilities.
6.3. MCR series rodless cylinders
The MCR Series cylinder consists of a piston and a carriage, which are coupled together using rare earth magnets. When the cylinder is pressurized from one end, the piston will travel the length of the tube, which in turn moves the carriage. Pressurizing the other side the carriage will travel back the length of the tube.

ASCO Numatics valve actuators (Knife Gate):
The KG Series is a robust air cylinder line that is designed to perform in the most demanding cylinder applications. One of the most popular applications for the KG Series is to provide a versatile method to automate knife gate valves. The KG Series cylinder is designed to withstand the harshest knife gate industries and applications, i.e., water and wastewater treatment plants, power industry, pulp and paper mills, and the mining industry.

7.1. ACCU Series A position feedback actuators
The ACCU actuators are an economical pneumatic linear actuator series that contains an internal Linear Resistive Transducer (LRT). They are ideal for applications where traditional magnetic position sensing is not acceptable. Additionally, the ACCU actuators are conducive where variations in cylinder stroke and speed are required or where an application calls for continuous position monitoring.
7.2. ACCU Series M position feedback actuators
The ACCU Actuators are an economical pneumatic linear actuator series that contains an internal Linear Resistive Transducer (LRT). They are ideal for applications where traditional magnetic position sensing is not acceptable. Additionally, the ACCU actuators are conducive where variations in cylinder stroke and speed are required or where an application calls for continuous position monitoring.
7.3. SC Series swing clamp
The SC Series swing clamps combine linear and rotary motions. A specially machined spline internal to the piston rod develops the combined motions. When the clamp is pressurized to extend, it moves linear, removing the clamp tooling from the clamped surface as not to damage the clamped surface. Rotation occurs swinging the clamp arm away from the work holding area.
7.4. FE Series feed escapement
The FE Series design uses two double acting cylinders that are cross-ported and internally sequenced for smooth functioning parts regulation. Internal back pressure cross-port design allows both rods to be retracted with the air off to easily clear jammed parts. A four way two position valve is required for operation.
7.5. P Series compact square cylinders
The Tiny Titan Series is a small bore, square end cap cylinder line that is designed to excel in applications where space limitations are of the utmost importance. Furthermore, a multitude of mounting styles and piston options make the Tiny Titan an extremely accommodating cylinder line.
7.6. KG Series valve cylinders
The KG Series pneumatic cylinder is specifically designed for automated valve operation. This design is widely used throughout the valve / knife gate industry, and can also be utilized in an assortment of applications that requires light-duty pneumatic actuation.
7.7. E Series OEM tie-rod cylinders
The E Series is a cost-efficient cylinder that is ideal for a variety of OEM applications, providing long-lasting and reliable service.
7.8. Air bellows
The Numatics air bellows is the ideal pneumatic solution to short-stroke high-load cylinder / actuator applications. They are also able to provide a safe, quiet and consistent suspension system for vibrating and noisy machinery.

Guided cylinders can be used when high forces are required and space is limited
8.1. SH Series linear slides
The "SH" series guided linear motion device capable of heavy loads and moderately long strokes. Body: hardcoat anodized Aluminium (6061-T6511) air cylinder: stainless steel body & rod (corrosion-resistant).
8.2. B Series compact slides
The "B" series design is compact and self-contained. Cylinder pistons are attached directly to each guide rod, conserving size without sacrificing output force.
8.3. CGT Series compact guide slides
The CGT series compact guide slide is ideal where high load and force are required and minimum space is available. The piston and rod assembly being machined directly into the extruded body achieves space savings.
8.4. GS Series gantry slides
The GS series gantry slide is designed to handle heavier loads and travel greater distances. The design centers around a moving carriage between two fixed tool bars.
8.5. LC Series light-duty slides
Light Duty Slide - The "LC" series provides guided linear motion at a lower cost. External cylinder is mounted rigidly to the cross body which drives the tool plate.
8.6. PBS Series power block slides
The PBS series is designed for applications where space is at a minimum. It has an internally built-in air cylinder in the carriage assembly, reducing overall length.
8.7. LCX Series compact linear slides
The LCX Series linear slide combines cost-effectiveness with proven dependability.
8.8. PST Series precision slide tables
The PST slide provides smooth precise linear motion with high accuracy at twice the thrust of a single bore cylinder.
8.9. SPS Series small power slides

9. Rotary Actuators

9.1. R Series rack-and-pinion rotary actuators
The R Series actuator is a heavy-duty rack and pinion style rotary actuator that is designed to excel in the most rigid applications. The R Series includes a high torque-to-size ratio as well as accurate positioning.
9.2. AR Series rotary actuators
The torque rack on the AR Series produces the rotary output torque while the control rack determines rotary stroke. The output shaft is supported by two angular contact bearings. The NuMate™ mounting feature provides a convenient method of mounting the AR-Rotaries to the SH-Series linear slide.
9.3. LR Series low-profile rotary actuators
The LR Series rotary actuator is a low-profile rack and pinion design. Two independent pistons drive their corresponding racks against the pinion thereby rotating the platform.
9.4. RM Series rotary modules
The RM Series rotary manifold utilizes a unique concept in transferring air pressure thru fixed ports to rotating parts on the rotary platform. As shown, the rotary manifold and gripper is a clean compact assembly which allows the gripper to rotate freely without rotating air lines.
9.5 RW Series rotary actuators
The RW Series rotary actuator design utilizes two independent piston cylinders, each piston has a crank arm attached to a crankshaft. As the piston strokes in its bore, the crankshaft rotates, pressurizing the opposite bore reverses rotation. This unique design has many features and benefits over conventional rotary actuators.

10.1. LTP Series power clamps
ASCO Numatics LTP Series pin clamps utilize a disappearing hook that offers a very low-profile when the hook is retracted. In addition, the long travel of the hook provides increased engagement of the sheet metal when clamping in an oval slot. LTP Series products have hardened pins, hooks, and scrapers for extended service life, and are completely enclosed for use in harsh environments.
10.2. LSP Series pin clamps
The LSP Series pin clamps are designed to both locate and clamp material. Many options are available and include: five standard pin sizes, custom pin diameters, rectangle or diamond shaped pins and custom work heights.
10.3. UB Series power clamps
The UB Series power clamps are completely enclosed and designed to be used in harsh environments. This series offers a wishbone arm as a standard option as well as an optional integrated lever that can be used to manually open or close the clamp. The opening angle and open switch position can be adjusted without the use of any additional parts or the need to disassemble. It is completely configurable.
10.4. UNP Series NAAMS power clamps
The UNP Series power clamps are completely enclosed and designed to be used in harsh environments. This series conforms to NAAMS standards. The opening angle and open switch position can be adjusted without the use of any additional parts or the need to disassemble. It is completely configurable.

11. Grippers

11.1. AG Series angular grippers
The AG series angular gripper utilizes a double acting piston with a dual pivot system. The piston has a single center pivot that drives each gripper jaw open and closed.
11.2. GR1400 Series adjustable angular grippers
The GR Series has a double acting piston attached to a cross bar by a connecting rod. The linear movement of the piston is transformed into angular movement of the jaws through a double toggle link mechanism.
11.3. GR90 Series adjustable angular grippers
The GR Series has a double acting piston attached to a cross bar by a connecting rod. The linear movement of the piston is transformed into angular movement of the jaws through a double toggle link mechanism.
11.4. MPG5 Series miniature parallel grippers
The MPG5 Series gripper is designed for pick & place of small pieces. The cutting edge design of the MPG5 allow for manifold mounting a series of MPG5's in line without the concerns of space for fittings.
11.5. NRG Series parallel grippers
The NRG series gripper offers both synchronized and compliant (non-synchronized) movement. Synchronized Motion: Two opposing pistons share a common bore.
11.6. PG Series low-profile grippers
The PG series is low-profile with true parallel motion that is generated by a pinion mechanism powered by a double acting piston. Body: Hardcoat Anodized, PTFE impregnated inside & out.
11.7. PG6J80 Series 6-jaw grippers with ejectors
The PG6J80 series 6-finger gripper design utilizes a dual acting piston to open and close gripper jaws. All six jaws are synchronized for accurate positioning.
11.8. RPG Series parallel grippers
The RPG series has true parallel motion that is generated by a double acting piston attached to the pinion mechanism with a linkage that is guided in the body for precise centering.
11.9 TJ Series 3-jaw grippers
The TJ Series grippers provide high grip force in a compact design. Shielded design make the TJ series ideal for machine loading and unloading.
11.10 WBG Series wide-body parallel grippers
The WBG series utilizes independent pistons to power the jaws open and closed. Jaws utilize a rack & pinion for synchronization which are in`dependent from force rods and support rods.
11.11 WG Series double-guided wedge grippers
The WG series, (double-guided wedge parallel grippers), achieves synchronous motion with a double acting piston attached via the piston shaft to a double sided wedge.
